1µs switching time has been achieved by DelfMEMS in the air

DelfMEMS is pleased to announce that its RF MEMS switch technology is achieving a 2µs switching time @ 24 V, and 1µs @ 27 V in the air. RF MEMS devices switch generally presents switchinh time in the tens of microseconds, which makes them far too slow for the T/R switch application in mobile applications. By improving power handling and lifetime, decreasing cost and size, DelfMEMS is focused in medium-long-term on replacing current switch technologies. Improved results will be obtained in controlled atmosphear.
